Below is an open letter addressed to His Excellency, Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola, on the issue of sexual harassment and corruption by Lagos State University (LASU) lecturers.

Dear Sir,

The issue of intimate harassment and misconduct by lecturers in Nigerian universities has always been reoccurring in some of our universities and many lecturers have been found culpable in this ignoble act to the detriment of students. So many students have been victims of lecturers' escapades and we can no longer keep quiet over this issue that has ruined the lives of many students who have been our classmates or school mates as the case may be.

This one happened in Onitsha Area Command, in Anambra State. Officers: Stephen Iduh, Anselem Ukachukwu, J. O Daudu of the Servicom Unit. as at Friday 20th Sept. 2013.

The police tried to extort these people of N10,000 after taking them to the station (and parking them outside, not inside the station. Watch the video Below.....

Former EFCC chairman Mallam Nuhu Ribadu has responded to former Inspector General of Police Mike Okiro who said yesterday that Ribadu lied when he claimed that he (Okiro) was behind two assassination attempt on his life and not Ibori. Okiro said in a statement released yesterday that Ribadu is an inveterate liar and desperately wanted to be IG. Ribadu has responded to Okiro, calling him corrupt and a shameless liar. Spy Service Exposes Nigerian ‘Yahoo Boys’

The Facebook names of some Nigerian scammers have been exposed on a US blog, and the boys dont even know it. Lol. US security blog Krebsonsecurity.com, published links to the real Facebook profiles of Nigerians allegedly involved in 'Yahoo' business....and if you check their profiles, the guys are balling, pictures taken with jewelries, exotic cars etc...from Nigeria to Turkey to Malaysia! But the funniest part of all this is that these boys don't even know that their names have been exposed. See the report from Krebs on Security below...

A crude but effective online service that lets users deploy keystroke logging malware and then view the stolen data remotely was hacked recently. The information leaked from that service has revealed a network of several thousand Nigerian email scammers and offers a fascinating glimpse into an entire underground economy that is seldom explored.

The site was so poorly locked down that it also exposed the keylog records that customers kept on the service. Logs were indexed and archived each month, and most customers used the service to keep tabs on multiple computers in several countries. A closer look at the logs revealed that a huge number of the users appear to be Nigerian 419 scammers using computers with Internet addresses in Nigeria.

In the last few weeks, no fewer than five children have, allegedly, been defiled in Benin-City by men old enough to be their fathers. On Thursday,  Edo State Police Command paraded 32 suspected criminals, amongst them, three accused of defiling children. The suspects include  a pastor with the Deeper Life Bible Church, Abudu, Edo State, Eze Fidelis, who was said to have had carnal knowledge of two girls: Joy, 9, and Anthonia,11.
Confessions
Pastor Eze confessed that he defiled both girls, Joy and Anthonia, saying he was possessed by evil spirit to commit the act.

Hospital where women are charged $5 every time they scream during childbirth

Poor women have been exploited at their most vulnerable time by a hospital that charged them $5 every time they screamed during child birth. 

The shocking discovery was made by a U.S. group that campaigns against corruption, as it released its annual Global Corruption Barometer. 

At the hospital in Zimbabwe, one of the poorest countries in the world, the fine was said to be for 'raising a false alarm', according to Transparency International.
