Michael Jackson’s doctor has threatened to divulge a “nuclear” secret if he is forced to testify in a £100million damages case.
Dr Conrad Murray suggests he has been harbouring bombshell information regarding the singer’s true relationship with his family, who are suing promoters AEG Live.
The medic, serving four years for Jacko’s involuntary manslaughter, said in a chilling message via a friend: “Please stop. If you don’t, let this serve as my final warning to both sides.
“Don’t incite me to testify. Consider this as an imminent nuclear warning.”
Murray, 60, was close to Jacko before his death, giving him drugs and then trying to revive him when he collapsed in his Los Angeles home.
He apparently refuses to get involved in the court case as he does not want to be incriminated.
Michael’s mum Katherine, 83, and his three children are suing AEG, claiming the This Is it tour promoter neglected the singer’s health prior to his death in 2009.
It was not the first time Murray left a message saying that he did not want to testify.
Earlier this year, he left similar voice message from prison saying, “If I am compelled to speak [in court] I can cause one party or the other to experience the impact of an immediate seismic shock.”
He added that his statement might bring “a total and complete debacle” to both sides.
